The centre in brief
Water, land and capability in one connected place.
East Coast Marine Centre is a deep-water marina, refit and maintenance precinct on the New South Wales south coast. The site is being shaped around the needs of superyachts, commercial vessels and specialist maritime operators from 30 to 100 metres.
Its defining advantage is physical. A completed 4.5-hectare basin at 10 metres LAT is reached through a 50-metre-wide entrance and a 5-metre LAT access channel. Around it sits extensive waterfront land for lifting, hardstand, workshops and complementary marine businesses.
Initial maintenance, repair and overhaul work began in 2025. The wider development is designed to turn that early operation into a complete east-coast servicing destination.
